Authentic, mouth watering, and beautiful ambiance. We truly enjoyed our experience. Staff were all attentive and helpful. The owner was sweet enough to give us the meaning of the restaurant's name. Senbazuru translates to 1,000 origami. Per her explanation ancient Japanese legend vows that folding a thousand origami cranes will give you luck and you'll also be granted a wish. A touching story she provided was that often times a community will come together to fold origami to ask the Gods to help heal someone in need. The restaurant has a bowl of origami and they even let you choose from a variation of colors to take as a gift. We had a variation of gyoza and the Senbazuru Spirited Truffle Tori Tonkotsu Ramen. Both were crowd pleasures and I would suggest them hands down. The broth in the ramen had great depth of flavor and the meat was very tender and tasty. Two thumbs up to this restaurant. I have had ramen at many ramen places in south Florida as well as in Los Angeles and I must say this chicken curry ramen is at the very top of the list. The pot stickers are a very unique touch and the curry adds a ton of flavor.

Excellent ramen and very pleasant experience dining here, manager/owner was extremely friendly and the quality of the food was fantastic. I think the restaurant needs to refocus their menu, the other items like the jalapeno poppers with a Mexican flag in it doesn't fit the theme of the restaurant and stands out like a sort thumb. Some of the tapas and small dishes feel like they have no business being features in a japanese ramen restaurant that wants to be taken seriously. The takoyaki is a nice feature, but I would like to see them feature more traditional japanese street foods too like okonomiyaki or yakitori skewers. Not jalapeno poppers and chicken wings with corresponding flags from their countries of origin. Still, their flag ship dish, the ramen noodles, especially their truffle tonkatsu is fantastic.

I Tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, gyozas, takoyaki and papas bravas. I have been searching all around FL for the best ramen and tbh this was nothing special. It was good 👍 but the flavors are not bold enough to make me wanna come back. They're level of spicy couldn't be spicy for anyone. The broth was over-powered by the heavy handed amount of scallions -- which wasnt bad but a tad too "oniony" . However, the egg 🥚 in it is probably one of the best tasting boiled eggs I've had in a ramen! The gyozas there are 👌 perfectly cooked -- good choice! The takoyaki unfortunately wasn't the best - the octopus was still a bit chewy. The papas bravas are not authentic just taste like basic seasoned potatoes with a little sauce drizzled on top.

This is our second time visiting here but and the food (Japanese Street food) was amazing. The service was excellent. Our first time was in the evening and this time we came for Sunday brunch. Everyone was wearing their mask and the tables are adequately spaced. I had the bento box and it was like having your around the globe experiencing Japanese street food. The flavors were explosive. My favorite item in the box was the Takoyaki ( octopus balls). My daughter had the ramen. The broth was rich and bold. We will definitely return.
